Hi, I'm Leanne!

With over 20 years of experience in the world of elite athletics, I’ve learned that the heaviest weights we lift aren’t on the bar—they’re in our heads.

From coaching gymnastics to standing on the top of the World Championship podium, my mission is to help you bridge the gap between physical strength and mental mastery.

Certified in the Enlifted Method, specialising in helping you identify the language patterns and mental blocks holding you back.

I hold world records in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting — and I still get excited about helping beginners pick up their first dumbbell.

Who I help

I began my strength coaching journey with a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to feel capable, confident, and strong in their own body.

Over the years I’ve coached children discovering movement for the first time, men rebuilding strength and discipline, athletes striving for performance, and women navigating the profound transitions of midlife.

What drives me is seeing people realise they are far more capable than they’ve been led to believe. My deepest passion lies in supporting midlife women, because they are so often overlooked yet have extraordinary potential for growth when given the right tools, knowledge, and encouragement.

Strength training is my medium, but transformation — physical, mental, and emotional — is the real outcome.

I deliver results that matter by blending evidence‑based programming with mindset training and the neuroscience of behaviour change. I help people understand not just what to do, but why their brains and bodies respond the way they do — and how to work with those systems instead of fighting against them.

My coaching adapts to the individual in front of me, combining structure with compassion, education with empowerment, and accountability with genuine care. Whether someone is learning their first squat, returning from injury, or reclaiming their identity during perimenopause or menopause, I focus on sustainable progress and deep internal shifts.

The result is more than stronger lifts; it’s stronger people — individuals who move through life with greater confidence, resilience, and belief in what’s possible for them.
