About the coach
Hi, I'm Leanne!

I'm a world record-holding weightlifter and coach who's been in the game for over 20 years. I've coached people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to world champions and I'm passionate about helping people reach their full potential.
I started out coaching gymnastics, and after a break and a few more kids, I took up weightlifting, where I quickly learned that battling my mind was far harder than increasing my physical strength. I've won numerous competitions, including the World Championships, and I currently hold the world record in my weight class. But none of that would have been possible if I didn't get my thoughts under control.

A few years ago, I discovered the Enlifted Method, which has profoundly impacted my life. The Enlifted Method is a powerful tool for personal growth, and it has helped me to become a better athlete, coach, and person. I'm now certified to teach the Enlifted Method, and I'm excited to share it with others.

Why Strength Coaching
Strength training has traditionally been for athletes and weightlifters, and now it's well-known that strength training is a must for everyone.

I work with youths and adults of all ages (from 5 to 85!), across strength and conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, rehab and weightlifting.
​
I will program to compliment any sports or activities you or your child is undertaking, this will help to boost performance in the dominant sport/activity.
​
For adults who may be thinking about starting strength based training and want to slow down the aging process... this is my specialty! By working within your limits I will help you to realise you're capable of much more than you think. I didn't start training in Olympic Weightlifting until I was 40, true story.

To stop this from becoming an issue, mindset coaching will rewrite the story and help you to understand where your real limits are.
